The candidate’s assessment report is your key to making data-driven hiring decisions. Here, you'll find a detailed summary of the candidates assessment results, providing you with vital information such as their scores, solving times, and the decisions made by your team.

In this article, we'll guide you through the process of reviewing a single candidate's assessment session.


  • To review a candidate’s assessment report, access the Candidate Page. For more information on the Candidate Page, click here.

  • To access a specific Candidate’s report, click on the Candidate card.

  • The candidates’ assessment report will open.


Candidate Details

View the candidates personal details, including contact details, the time the Assessment was taken, and share it with colleagues.

The 3 dots on the right hand side open up the following two actions:

  1. Retake Assessment - Allow a candidate to retake the assessment. A new assessment link will be generated for you to send to the candidate.

  2. Interview Mode - Toggling Interview Mode hides the assessment's scoring, comments, and statistics, allowing you to share the assessment results with the candidate.


Sections Summary and Total Score

See bottom-line result of the candidates - the total score in the Assessment and in each of the Sections along with a comparison of how the candidate performed in comparison with the rest of your candidates.


Assessment Statistics

View the statistics of the candidate’s Assessment and compare their results to other candidates.


Proctoring Insights

Incidents of suspicious behaviors can be reviewed in the candidate’s post-assessment report. Users can review the incidents of external pasting, tab switching, and devices/IP addresses from which the assessment was completed.

Users can also make decisions on if the behaviors detected did indeed imply improper conduct.

Comments and Decisions

In the middle of the Candidate report page, you can write comments to the hiring team and mark your decision on the Candidate.


Reviewing Questions

As you scroll through the candidate report page, you will see and rate their question responses, watch their question "play progress" and paste-detection, review their code, watch their video sessions, etc.

Use star ratings to apply a score to manually scored questions, such as open-text and video responses.

A 5-star rating of a question will assign it 100% of the points allotted to the question.
