Anti Cheating measures are crucial to uphold the credibility of candidates' assessments. To address this, we’ve pioneered a state-of-the-art suite of proctoring features, including ChatGPT copy detection, to deliver the most advanced features available on the market to ensure accurate candidate evaluation.

In this article, we’ll outline the process of reviewing proctoring insights from a candidate’s assessment report.

Incidents of suspicious behaviors can be reviewed in the candidate’s post-assessment report. Users can review the incidents of external pasting, tab switching, and devices/IP addresses from which the assessment was completed. For more information on reviewing candidates, click here.

For each behavior detected, users can also make decisions on if the said behavior did indeed imply improper conduct.

Suspicious Paste Insights

The suspicious paste proctoring feature allows you to track candidates' pasted content from external sources, including ChatGPT.

Here, you can see that the candidates’ response was flagged for a suspicious paste, with the source being ChatGPT.

Tab Switch Insights

The tab switch proctoring feature allows you to track candidates' tab/window changes during their assessment.

In this example, you can see that 36 seconds after beginning the assessment, the candidate left the tab. The candidate remained out of the assessment tab for less than 10 seconds before returning.

Multiple Devices & Locations Insights

The multiple devices & locations proctoring feature allows you to track the IP addresses from which the candidate took the assessment.

In this overview, you can see that the candidate accessed the assessment from three different devices and locations. Detailed information includes their IP addresses, geographic locations, entry times for each location, as well as the duration of the assessment being open at each location.
