The candidate’s assessment report is your key to making data-driven hiring decisions. Here, you'll find a detailed summary of the candidates assessment results, providing you with vital information such as their scores, solving times, and the decisions made by your team.

In this article, we'll guide you through the process of reviewing a single candidate's assessment session.

View the candidates personal details, including contact details, the time the Assessment was taken, and share it with colleagues.

The 3 dots on the right hand side open up the following two actions:

See bottom-line result of the candidates - the total score in the Assessment and in each of the Sections along with a comparison of how the candidate performed in comparison with the rest of your candidates.

View the statistics of the candidate’s Assessment and compare their results to other candidates.

Incidents of suspicious behaviors can be reviewed in the candidate’s post-assessment report. Users can review the incidents of external pasting, tab switching, and devices/IP addresses from which the assessment was completed.

Users can also make decisions on if the behaviors detected did indeed imply improper conduct.

If you have enabled Embedded ChatGPT or Embedded Google Search for an assessment, you’ll see a Candidate Search Insights section on the candidate’s results page.

For ChatGPT, you’ll see all prompts the candidate entered and the responses generated.

For Google Search, you’ll see all search queries and the links they clicked.

Note: This section will only appear if these features were enabled for the assessment.

In the middle of the Candidate report page, you can write comments to the hiring team and mark your decision on the Candidate.

As you scroll through the candidate report page, you will see and rate their question responses, watch their question "play progress" and paste-detection, review their code, watch their video sessions, etc.

Manually scored questions, such as open-text and video responses, are evaluated using star ratings.

The star rating system converts your rating into a fixed percentage of the question’s total points. Each star corresponds to a percentage of the score, which is then applied to the total points assigned to the question.

For example, if a question is worth 20 points:

This ensures consistent scoring across all manually reviewed questions, such as open-text and video responses.

Open-text, video, and coding questions can be evaluated using AI auto-scoring. AI-generated scores appear directly within the candidate's report and are designed to reduce manual review time while maintaining scoring consistency.

Reviewers can inspect AI-generated feedback, review the reasoning behind individual scores, and override scores as needed.

For Coding Project questions, the candidate's report shows their full project workspace. Toggle between Final Answer, to see the code exactly as submitted, and Play Progress, to replay how they worked through it step by step.

Below the code, the Test Cases panel shows how their solution performed against the hidden test cases you defined, which drives their automatic score. If you added a custom AI scoring agent when creating the question, its pass/fail results appear here too, similar in spirit to AI Auto-Scoring above, though it's evaluated against the plain-language rules you wrote rather than a general scoring model.

You can also review the candidate's full conversation with the embedded AI assistant during the task, so you can see exactly how they used it to help complete the project.

For Live Coding Interviews, the candidate's report shows their full session, including the candidate's code and output, any conversation they had with the embedded AI assistant, and any notes you took during the interview. You can also rate the candidate directly from this screen.
