Lever's integration with Canditech allows you to seamlessly add Canditech’s assessment to a job's interview workflow. In this article, we will cover how to:
Enable the Lever/Canditech Integration
To start, navigate to Canditech Platform > Settings > Integrations.
Note: The Settings page is only accessible to admin users.
Open the Lever drop-down and press "Connect".
Log into your Lever account.
Click "Accept" to establish the connection between Canditech and Lever.
Navigate to your Lever Account > Settings.
Click on Integrations and API in the left-hand panel.
Select the "Webhooks" tab.
Toggle on "Candidate Stage Change".
Open the dropdown arrow on the right side and select "Verify Connection".
Wait until you receive the confirmation of verified connection.
Add Canditech stage to Lever Pipeline
Navigate to your Lever Account > Settings.
Click on Pipeline and archive reasons in the left-hand panel.
Select "Customize Pipeline Stages" in the top right corner.
Select "Add Stage".
Type in Canditech Stage in the field provided, and toggle on "Stage used for interviews". Once ready, select "Add Stage".
The Canditech Stage will appear.
Click "Next" in the top right corner.
Step #2 requires no action. Click "Next" in the top right corner.
Review your changes in Step #3. Once ready, click "Save" in the top right corner.
You will be redirected back to your Pipeline settings page.
Attach Canditech Assessment to Pipeline Stage
Navigate back to the Canditech platform > settings > integrations.
Open the Lever dropdown. Click Attach Assessment to Stage".
Select the required position from the dropdown menu. For example, we chose "Python Developer". Click "Next".
Select "Canditech Stage" from the dropdown menu. Click "Next".
Select the assessment you'd like to add from the dropdown menu. Click "Next".
Your assessment has successfully been added to your Lever Pipeline Stage.
Send Assessments to Candidates
Navigate back to your Lever homepage. Click "Candidates" and then "Add Candidate".
From the "Add Candidate" dropdown, select "Add Manually".
Enter the candidate's name and email in the fields provided.
Click on "Choose Job" and select the relevant job from the dropdown menu.
Once your test is set, navigate to the "New Lead" dropdown menu.
Select "Canditech Stage". Your assessment will be sent to your candidate.
Return to the Canditech Platform. Navigate to your Candidates tab. Here you will see the assessment invite sent to your new candidate.
Reviewing Candidates and making decisions
Once your candidate submits their test, their status in the Canditech platform will change to "Completed".
Navigate back to the candidates' page in Lever and click "Notes".
Once the candidate has submitted their assessment, their profile will contain a link to view the submitted assessment on Canditech, along with the assessment score.
When you navigate to the candidate's assessment session in the Canditech platform, you can give the candidate's test session a thumbs up or thumbs down decision.
Back in Lever, your decisions will be updated.
