Workable’s integration with Canditech allows you to seamlessly add Canditech’s assessment to a job’s interview workflow. In this article, we will cover how to:

To start, navigate to Canditech Platform > Settings > Integrations.

Note: The Settings page is only accessible to admin users.

Open the Workable drop-down and press "Generate key".

Once your API key is generated, click on the copy symbol.

After copying your API key, navigate to your Workable Account > Settings:

Click on Integrations in the left-hand panel.

Scroll down until you see Canditech under Assessment Providers.

You are now integrated!

Once the Workable/Canditech integration is engaged for your organization, you will be able to add the Canditech assessment as a stage in the Pipeline.

To do this for an existing job, navigate Jobs and select the applicable Job.

In the job page, select “Edit Job”.

Select “Workflow” and then “Add an Assessment test” in the desired step in your pipeline. For example, we will add it now to the “interview” step:

Select Canditech as a Third-Party assessment provider

Select the applicable test for the role in the drop-down options, and save changes.

Congrats! The Canditech assessment has now been added to your Pipeline.

From the homepage of your Workable account, navigate to “Candidates” and select the applicable candidate that you’d like to send the test.

In the Candidate page, select the “send assessment to the candidate” icon.

Once the test has been sent to the candidate, the icon will become greyed-out.

Once the candidate has completed the assessment, you will receive a notification in your inbox with a link to view the submitted test on Canditech.

You can also view the candidate's scores in each task, overall test score, and hiring managers comments by returning to the candidate’s page and referring to the candidate’s Timeline.
