Avature's integration with Canditech allows you to order skills assessments from inside Avature and sync each candidate's results back to Avature. In this article, we will cover how to:
How Do You Set Up the Avature Integration?
Note: The Avature connection needs extra setup on our side, so it starts with our team. Admin access to Canditech is required to configure the integration.
Email support@canditech.io to start the setup.
Once our team is ready, navigate to Settings → Integrations in your Canditech account and locate Avature.
Click CONNECT and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
Once the setup is complete, Canditech will display a "Successfully established connection with ATS" confirmation message.
Which Canditech Assessments Are Available in Avature?
Every saved assessment, one-way video interview and chatbot with at least one section is available in Avature. New and renamed assessments reach Avature within about 10 minutes.
When a recruiter orders an assessment for a candidate, Canditech automatically sends them an assessment invitation using the assessment's Invite message.
Note: Live Interviews are not supported.
Where Can You View Assessment Results in Avature?
Canditech automatically syncs assessment results back to Avature.
Each Assessment Result includes:
Status: Invited, Completed, or Cancelled (if the candidate abandoned the assessment).
Score: The candidate's score out of the assessment's maximum.
Full Report: A direct link to the candidate's detailed results in Canditech (login required).
Automatic Updates: The result is updated when the candidate completes the assessment, and again whenever your team sets a pass/fail verdict, adds a comment, or manually scores a question.
How Do You Disconnect Avature?
In your Canditech account, navigate to Settings → Integrations and expand the Avature integration card.
Click DISCONNECT, then confirm by selecting Disconnect.
Note: Disconnecting the integration does not remove assessment results already synced to Avature.
