Oracle Recruiting Cloud's integration with Canditech allows you to add skills assessments to your job requisitions as screening packages and sync each candidate's results back to Oracle. In this article, we will cover how to:
How Do You Set Up the Oracle Recruiting Cloud Integration?
Note: Admin access to Canditech and access to Oracle's Security Console, with the roles ORA_PER_RECRUITING_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB and ORA_ASM_APPLICATION_IMPLEMENTATION_ADMIN_ABSTRACT, are required to configure the integration.
In your Canditech account, navigate to Settings → Integrations and locate Oracle.
Click CONNECT and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup, including creating the API user and role in the Security Console. For additional guidance, refer to:
Once the setup is complete, Canditech will display a "Successfully established connection with ATS" confirmation message.

How Do You Add Canditech Assessments to a Job Requisition?
Canditech sends your assessment list to Oracle when you connect, and again within about 10 minutes of creating or renaming an assessment.
Create or edit a job requisition and open the Screening Services step.
Click Add, then choose Canditech as the Partner and the API user as the User Account.
Click the pencil icon next to the screening service, then Add Package, and choose the Canditech assessments for the job.
Click OK, then Submit.
When a candidate is sent an assessment, Canditech automatically sends them an assessment invitation using the assessment's Invite message. For additional guidance, including how to invite a candidate manually, refer to How assessment works in Oracle Recruiting Cloud?.
Note: Every saved assessment, one-way video interview and chatbot with at least one section is available. Live Interviews are not supported.
Where Can You View Assessment Results in Oracle?
Canditech automatically syncs assessment results to each candidate's screening results in Oracle.
Each Assessment Result includes:
Status: Invited, Completed, or Cancelled (if the candidate abandoned the assessment).
Score: The candidate's assessment score.
Full Report: A direct link to the candidate's detailed results in Canditech (login required).
Automatic Updates: The result is updated when the candidate completes the assessment, and again whenever your team sets a pass/fail verdict, adds or deletes a comment, or manually scores a question.
How Do You Disconnect Oracle Recruiting Cloud?
In your Canditech account, navigate to Settings → Integrations and expand the Oracle integration card.
Click DISCONNECT, then confirm by selecting Disconnect.
Note: Disconnecting the integration does not remove assessment results already synced to Oracle.
