Canditech's integration with iCIMS Prime Assessments allows for seamless candidate evaluation. Users can send Canditech Assessments and review results directly within iCIMS.
Enable the iCIMS/Canditech Integration
To initiate the integration process, contact your iCIMS Integration Consultant or Canditech support (support@canditech.io).
Set a Canditech Assessment as a Workflow Status Change in a Job
Once you receive confirmation that your integration has been enabled, you’ll be able to begin using iCIMS to send Canditech assessments to the candidates.
From your iCIMS homepage, select the Job (or create a new Job) for which you want to add the Canditech Assessment.
Click the Detail tab in the Job and then click "Edit".
Scroll down in the Detail Panel until you reach the "Prime Integrations" section.
In the "Prime Assessments - Workflow Status Change", click "New".
A new tab will open:
In the "Select Vendor" drop-down, select "Canditech Prime Assessment EU" .
In the "Select Package" drop-down, select the relevant Canditech Assessment you'd like to add to the Job.
Upon clicking the "Select Workflow Status" drop-down, another new new tab will open. Select the relevant Workflow Status that should trigger the Canditech Assessment and click "Select" in the bottom right-hand corner. (note, you can also Edit your Recruiting Workflow Statuses from this page.)
Back in the previous tab, ensure all 3 fields are correct, and click "Ok" in the bottom right-hand corner.
Back in the Job's Detail Panel, you will see Canditech configured in the Workflow Status Change section. Click "Save" in the top right-hand side of the Detail Panel.
Your Canditech Assessment has been added as a Workflow Status Change for the Job.
Send a Canditech Assessment from iCIMS
In the iCIMS Job, select the relevant candidate from the candidate list and open up the "Advance" drop-down at the bottom of the page.
Select the relevant Workflow Status (Bin) that is associated with the Canditech assessment ("Send to Canditech Prime Asmt").
The candidate's status will update accordingly.
The candidate will also receive an email inviting them to take the assessment.
Return to the Canditech Platform. Navigate to your Candidates tab. Here you will see the assessment invite sent to your new candidate.
Reviewing Candidates and making decisions
Once your candidate submits their assessment, their status in the Canditech platform will change to "Completed".
Back in iCIMS, navigate to the candidate's profile and select the "Screen" tab. Select "Prime Assessments".
Once opened, you will see the details of the candidate's assessment, including the status, the score, as well as a link to view the submitted assessment on Canditech.
When you navigate to the candidate's assessment session in the Canditech platform, you can give the candidate's test session a thumbs up or thumbs down decision and leave a comment.
Back in iCIMS, your decisions will be updated.
To see any comments made on the candidate's assessment session, open the "Vendor Notes" icon.
